IN BATTLE Ink New Deal, Prepare To Record

Sundsvall, Sweden-based death metallers IN BATTLE have signed a deal with Cold/Metal Blade Records, according to a post on the group's official web site.

The band's forthcoming album will be recorded in March/April 2004 at Mana studio in Florida with producer Erik Rutan (HATE ETERNAL/ex-MORBID ANGEL). A summer 2004 release is expected.

IN BATTLE's recently recorded four-song promotional demo, "Soul Metamorphosis", will be made available shortly. The group had previously released two albums (1997's "In Battle" and 1998's "The Rage Of The Northmen") through Austria's Napalm Records.
